PMS stands for Provincial Management Services. It’s a competitive Examination conducted by the Commission of respective Province.
It includes written test, psychological test and interview. The candidate who passes these 3 stages is offered a government job as First Class Officer (Grade 17).

Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) conducts PMS for Punjab every year where only Punjab domicile holder candidate can apply.


Eligibility Criteria

  • No gender boundaries i.e. male, female and transgender can apply.
  • Candidate must have a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd division from a recognized educational institution/university.
  • The age limit for a PMS candidate is 21 to 30 years.
  • 5 years upper age relaxation for the government officials serving for at least 4 years (subject to the certificates issued by their respective departments)
  • 10 years of upper age relaxation for the special persons (subject to the submission of disability certificate).

·    Written Examination – 1200 marks

·    Psychological Test

·    Viva voce/Interview – 200 marks
